Day 1

Arrival in Pontianak - Explore Pontianak City & Surrroundings

Morning: Arrived at Supadio Airport, Pontianak.

• Check-in at hotel (choose a hotel in the city centre for easy access to various attraction).

Afternoon: Lunch at a local restaurant.

• Trying traditional Kalimantan dishes like Soto Banjar.

• Visit Equator Monument (Tugu Khatulistiwa) to stand at the Equator, where the earth is divided into the northern and southern hemispheres.

• Explore the Pontianak State Museum to learn the history and culture of West Kalimantan.

Evening: Take a stroll through Kampung Laut.

• stroll through Kampung Laut, a traditional waterfront village with stilt houses and scenic views.

• Enjoy the sunset at Taman Alun-alun Kapuas while overlooking the Kapuas River.

• Night: Dinner at riverside restaurant

• savoring Pontianak’s specialities like Ikan patin (Catfish) and kerupuk ikan (Fish Crackers).

• Rest at the hotel.

Day 2

Kalimantan Adventure - Tanjung Puting National Park

Morning: Early morning departure to Tanjung Puting National Park.

• You can either take a flight or a land journey to Pangkalan Bun for a deeper exploration of Kalimantan’s natural beauty.

• Check-in at a resort or accommodation near Tanjung Puting National Park.

Afternoon: Join a river tour.

• Join a river tour by Klotok boat along the Sekonyer River to spot Orangutans in their natural habitat. This is the highlight og the Tanjung Puting experience.

• Visit Camp Leakey, a research center and Orangutan rehabilitation area, and learn about conservation efforts from expert guides.

Evening: Continue the river cruise to enjoy the lush tropical rainforest and spot other wildlife like monkeys, birds, and diverse plant species.

• Night: Return to accommodation

• Return for dinner and relaxation. Enjoy the serene atmosphere of the rainforest at night.

• Overnight stay at the resort close to nature.

Day 3

Village visit & Return to Pontianak

Morning: Enjoy breakfast.

• Enjoy breakfast and then visit local Dayak villages near Tanjung Puting to learn about traditional Dayak culture and lifestyle.

• See longhouses and participate in cultural activities.

Afternoon: Lunch at the village.

• Lunch at the village, trying Dayak traditional food.

• Travel back for a flight back to Pontianak.

Evening: Arrive back in Pontianak and head straight to Supadio Airport.

• If time allows, stop by Pasar Pontianak to shop for souvenirs before checking in for your flight.

• Night: Catch your flight back to your destination.
